Refund & Return Policy – Perfume Plus Pakistan
At Perfume Plus Pakistan, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a 4 to 7 business day return policy for domestic (Pakistan) orders, starting from the date you receive your item.
Domestic (Pakistan) Orders
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as delivered — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number/email confirmation).

The return request must be made within 4 to 7 business days of receiving the item.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Domestic Exchanges (Pakistan Orders Only)

For exchange requests, first email us at support@perfumeplus.pk to receive approval.

After approval, return the parcel to our address (securely packaged).

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process and dispatch your exchange using the same shipping method as your original order.
International Orders
Due to international shipping restrictions (especially for perfumes classified as Dangerous Goods), we do not accept returns on international orders once shipped.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Disliking the scent

Personal preferences after usage
International refunds or returns are only accepted in the case of:

Manufacturing defects

Incorrect item received
We urge international customers to thoroughly review all product details before placing an order.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect
Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue appropriately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Custom or personalized items

Opened or used products

Sale or discounted items

Items bought using gift cards

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids (as per courier policy)
Customs, Duties & Failed Deliveries

International shipping fees do not include customs charges or taxes. These must be paid by the recipient.

If the customer refuses delivery, the shipping cost and any return shipping charges will be deducted from any eligible refund (if applicable).
Refunds (Pakistan Domestic Orders Only)
Once your return is received and approved:

Your refund will be issued within 10–15 business days to your original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
